It’s hard to find someone who doesn't enjoy a good cheese. Equally disappointing is to spot the modest label "cheese product" on a package, indicating it’s a substitute made from vegetable fats. Surprisingly, many of us end up purchasing this "cheese product" at stores, markets, or receiving it when dining out at cafes or pizzerias. The only alternatives available are the rather pricey domestic and imported premium cheeses.
